PHASE EQUILIBRIA IN SYSTEMS Cu2S – PbCuSbS3 and CuSbS2 – Pb5Sb4S11

Abstract

Cu2S – PbCuSbS3 and CuSbS2 – Pb5Sb4S11 systems were studied by physical and chemical
analysis methods. It was determined that the section Cu2S - PbCuSbS3 is a quasibinary section of
Cu2S – PbS – Sb2S3 ternary system, and CuSbS2 – Pb5Sb4S11 is a non-quasibinary section. Phase equilibria
in the Cu2S - PbCuSbS3 and CuSbS2 – Pb5Sb4S11 systems were investigated by physical-chemical analyses
using DTA, X-ray phase, as well measurement of microhardness. T-x diagrams state have been plotted.
