NEW TAXONS OF FERN (DRYOPTERIS ADANS. S. STR.) SPREAD OVER AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

Abstract

The status of some taxons of Fern (Dryopteris Adans. s.str) type met over the Southern Caucasus
(within Azerbaijan Republic) is discussed in the article. Giving the status to D.talyschensis, D.schorapanensis, D.iranica, D.raddeana taxons, considering the names D.borreri, D.remota, D.assimilis as
priority is based on the scientific arguments as the result of literature, fund materials, as well as monitoring held by the authors in the nature and the herbarium materials gathered by them.
