THE LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF ECONOMIC REGULATION

Abstract

The aim of the re­se­arch is to de­ter­mi­ne the struc­tu­re of le­gal met­hods in re­gu­la­ting sus­tai­nab­le eco­no­mic po­licy wit­hin a geo­po­li­ti­cal con­text. The re­al de­pic­ti­on of in­no­va­ti­on im­pacts in the sta­te's mac­roe­co­no­mic po­licy and the comp­re­hen­si­ve analy­sis of ef­fi­ci­ency un­der cur­rent con­di­ti­ons ha­ve high­ligh­ted the sig­ni­fi­can­ce of po­li­ti­cal-eco­no­mic re­gu­la­ti­on. In the as­sess­ment, the le­gal fo­un­da­ti­ons of in­co­me equa­lity and mac­roe­co­no­mic ba­lan­ce, which ha­ve a de­ci­si­ve im­pact on the co­untry’s po­li­ti­cal-eco­no­mic prog­ress, ha­ve be­en com­pa­red. Thus, the growth ra­te of Gross Do­mes­tic Pro­duct (GDP) has be­en analy­zed thro­ugh the mat­he­ma­ti­cal rep­re­sen­ta­ti­on of ba­lan­ce in the re­al eco­no­mic lands­ca­pe. In this con­text, the im­pact of nor­ma­ti­ve le­gal acts re­gu­la­ting ef­fi­ci­ency in the sta­te's mac­roe­co­no­mic po­licy has be­en exa­mi­ned thro­ugh a comp­re­hen­si­ve eva­lua­ti­on.
