Abstract

The methods of Differential thermal (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis investigated the conditions for obtaining with hydrothermal method compounds of CuSbS2 and Cu3SbS3 using aqueous solutions of compounds HCuCl2 and KSbO(C4H4O6) .0,5H2O. It is found that compounds of nano-sized (40-100 nm) CuSbS2 and Cu3SbS3 are obtaining when adding thioacetamide (CH3–CS–NH2) solution in stoichiometric amounts aqueous solution mixture on rates HCuCl2:KSbO(C4H4O6).0,5H2O=1:1 and HCuCl2:KSbO(C4H4O6).0,5H2O=3:1 mmol at a temperature of 180 0C. According to the results of DTA it found that nanosized compound CuSbS2 and Cu3SbS3 respectively melted at 551 0C and 605 0C. The resulting compounds are stable in the range of pH=6-8. When the temperature rising from 40 0C to 180 0C yielding compounds and ratio formation of nanoparticles are increases.
