THE USE OF ARTISTIC DESCRIPTION AND MEANS OF EXPRESSION IN FEUILLETONS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY

Abstract

The feuilletons in the press of the beginning of the 20th century are not only rich in terms of topics and ideas, also attract attention in terms of the variety of artistic depictions and means of expression. It was one of the main literary principles to use the works of classical artists and literary heroes as a background in the feuilletons written in this period. The rich folklore of our people is the main base and primary source of the system of allusions, epithets, metonymy, metaphors and other metaphors that are manifested in Azerbaijani prose, poetry and journalism of the 20th century. J.Mammadguluzade, M.A.Sabir, U.Hajibeyli, M.S.Ordubadi, A.Hagverdiyev, O.F.Nemanzade, A.Qamkusar and other columnists paid special attention to the issue of individualization and typification in their works and did not ignore this artistic process throughout their works.
